A Special Note about "Label Created" Shipment Status
When your order shows "Label Created," it has been packed, labeled, and prepared for shipment. We verify carrier pickups daily, and orders are typically collected by the next business day.
Recently, we have observed delays in initial scans from major carriers, including UPS, USPS, FedEx, and Amazon Logistics. In some cases, packages are already moving through the carrier's network before tracking updates appear.
If your order still shows "Label Created" after five (5) business days, we recommend contacting the carrier for a status update.
For additional peace of mind, shipment protection is available at checkout to help cover lost or severely delayed shipments.

Here are some reasons your delivery might be late:
- Orders shipped during a busier than usual holiday season.
- Multiple products were ordered and in some rare circumstances your order may arrive in different packages and on different dates.
- Orders are processed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).
