How long does the battery actually last?
With the included sliding lid, Mug 3 keeps your drink warm for over 3 hours on a single charge. Use the included charging coaster for all-day warmth while you drink.
Do I need the app?
No. With Mug 3, you can set your temperature directly on the mug. The optional Ember app for iPhone and Android lets you fine-tune your preferred temperature.
What is your return policy?
Unused mugs can be returned within 30 days of delivery. A $10 restocking fee applies; exclusions and instructions are in our Return Policy.
Is there a warranty?
The charging coaster included with Ember Mug 3 has a lifetime warranty. The mug has a 1-year limited warranty for manufacturing defects. Contact Ember support for warranty service.
Can I put it in the dishwasher?
Yes. Place Mug 3 on the top rack of your dishwasher, then let it dry fully before charging. Keep the charging coaster and cable out of the dishwasher.
How does Ember hold my temperature?
A heater and sensors built into the mug work together to maintain your preferred drinking temperature.
Will it keep cold drinks cold?
Mug 3 is designed to maintain hot drinks. The Ember Cold Tumbler uses insulation for cold drinks; it does not electronically cool them.
How long does shipping take?
Mug 3 includes free shipping. Orders generally leave our warehouse within 2 business days; delivery timing depends on your address and shipping method. See the Shipping Policy for details.
