Each month, all members receive the same curated roast, freshly roasted by our partner roasters and selected by Ember. It’s a shared experience.

Orders ship once per month. Your first delivery will ship shortly after you join, and ongoing shipments will arrive around the same time each month.

Each shipment includes a 10oz or 12 oz bag of whole-bean coffee, perfect for experimenting with different brew methods throughout the month. The size depends on what the roaster offers.

We currently ship whole-bean coffee to preserve freshness and flavor. We recommend grinding just before brewing for the best taste.

Yes! When you purchase a prepaid annual Coffee Club plan, you’ll receive a complimentary 6 oz Ember Cup in Black as our thank-you gift. To celebrate our Coffee Club Launch we're upgrading your gift to a 10 oz Ember Mug in White.This limited time offer ends soon.

When you purchase a Seasonal Coffee Club plan, you'll recieve a complimentary 16 oz Ember Cold Tumbler.

Shipping: Your Ember Cup will ship within 30 days of your subscription purchase, to the same address used for your Coffee Club subscription.

Non-transferable: The gift is available only with a qualifying prepaid annual or seasonal plan and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or a different product.

Returns & Cancellations: Seasonal and annual plans are nonrefundable once purchased. If you cancel your annual subscription before the end of the 12-month term, you will be charged the full MSRP plus applicable taxes for any product received. Yes! If you became a member before October 3rd, you will receive a free gift every 3 months you’re part of the Club, as a thank-you for signing up when we launched the Ember Coffee Club. On each 3 month anniversary for up to a year you'll recieve an Ember product to elevate your coffee ritual. First reward for being a member is an Ember Cold Tumbler.
