Why we made the Club.
We make mugs. We don't roast coffee. But the right coffee at the right temperature is what we want every Ember owner to experience — so we partnered with roasters whose beans we'd drink anyway and built a subscription that ships them once a month. The 10oz Mug at signup is our thanks for trying it.

Can I pause my subscription?
Yes — monthly subscribers can pause for up to 3 months from the customer portal. Your unlock progress is preserved.
Can I swap roasts each month?
Not at the moment — the monthly drop is a single curated roaster for everyone. We may add a profile picker later.
When does my free mug ship?
Annual members receive a free 10oz Mug with the first coffee drop. Monthly members do not receive the mug at signup; their first hardware gift starts at the beginning of month four.
How do monthly gifts work?
If you are still subscribed at the beginning of your fourth month, you receive your first gift: a Cold Tumbler. Later gifts are a Sliding Lid and then a one-color Cold Tumbler Color Kit.
What if I cancel before month four?
No problem. You keep any coffee you have received. Monthly hardware gifts are a thank-you for staying subscribed through each milestone.
Can I give the Club as a gift?
Yes — use the recipient's address at checkout. Annual works especially well for gifts.
