4 Ideas to Recharge Your Morning

We came up with some ideas to freshen up your morning routine and start off each day of 2021 on the right foot – no matter what’s going on in the world around you. Here are four simple ideas to build a healthy morning routine you love:


1. Minimize your morning choices

If mornings always feel a little hurried and stressful, try to cut back on the choices you have to make each morning. Lay out your clothes the night before. Have a make-ahead breakfast ready to go in the fridge. Even something as simple as knowing exactly when you need to leave the house can cut back on stress and add some peace to your mornings.

2. Try a coffee alternative

Hear us out. If you love coffee as much as we do, we’re not suggesting you give up your morning cup.
