SHOP EMBER BREWSDirections
- Brew the espresso or strong coffee and pour it into your Ember Mug 2. For this recipe, we used Feast’s Milk & Honey for its notes of creamy honey and cacao nibs.
- Pour the vanilla extract into the coffee.
- Add the milk and Chobani Coffee Cake Creamer to a small saucepan and place over low heat. Whisk the mixture until it begins to resemble a light foam.
- Pour the milk/creamer mixture over the coffee.
- Top with whipped cream, if desired.
- Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon and brown sugar for that traditional coffee cake topping.
No espresso machine?
No problem! Aeropress or Moka pot coffee make great, concentrated alternatives to espresso. You can also use your usual brewing method and just make an extra-strong batch.
