Why we made the Club.

We make the mug. We do not make the coffee. But the right coffee at the right temperature is the experience we want every Ember owner to have — so we partnered with roasters whose beans we'd drink anyway, and built a membership that ships them once a month. The 10oz Mug at signup is our thanks for trying it.

Can I pause the subscription?
Yes — pause for up to 3 months from the customer portal. Your unlock progress is preserved.
Can I swap roasts?
Not at the moment — the monthly drop is a single curated roaster for everyone. We may add a profile picker in the future.
When does my mug ship?
Annual members receive a white 10oz Mug with the first coffee drop. Monthly members do not receive the mug at signup; their first hardware gift starts at the beginning of month four.
What if I cancel before the Cold Tumbler unlock?
No problem — you keep any coffee you have already received. Monthly hardware gifts are a thank-you for staying subscribed through each milestone.
Annual vs Monthly — which should I pick?
Pick annual if you want the free 10oz Mug up front and a set-and-forget year of coffee. Pick monthly if you want flexibility and are comfortable earning hardware gifts over time.
